To understand what was available on the app store, I looked at the possible competitors and I found out that only one app(StichFix) was available, so to have similar inspirations I decided to explore virtual chatbots to gather more experiences from indirect competitors.

Users jumped into the application without logging in, making it difficult to have a profile and save possible outfits.
